This is a great video I found while randomly working on something else online. It’s a bit long, but worth it.
The video shows several website reviews by Google’s Matt Cutts at a recent conference (May 2009). Great info for any web marketer, webmaster, SEO, etc.
What’s covered (without ruining the whole thing):
Check it out…learn it…use it.
Here’s a quick video showing at least one way to use a tip I found out about over at the AWeber blog.
I’ve said this before, but it’s worth repeating…if you’re looking for great tips on email marketing, you should head over to AWeber and sign up for their email list (whether you use their service or not). They give some awesome tips on getting the most out of your email marketing campaigns, like the tip that prompted me to do this video.
IMPORTANT: Be sure to make a backup of any files you edit before following the steps covered in the video. Probably not necessary, but always a good practice.
Anyway, leave a comment below and let me know what you think and if you’d like to see more videos like this.
Not to get all touchy feely and all, but here’s a little inspiration for you.
I found this posted on another site I visit quite a bit.
I think this is something that will strike a chord with just about every entrepreneur or budding business owner. Whenever you get the crazy idea in your head that you’re going to quite, just think what would have happened if one of these people had decided that! Amazing!

This video tip covers one of my favorite services. It’s super affordable and an absolute necessity if you’re an online business owner, offline business owner or if you just have critical files on your computer that you couldn’t stand to lose.
At only $2/GB, this thing is a steal. Check it out and let me know what you think.
As always, comments are open.
This video is hopefully the first of MANY "Video Tips of the Week".
In this video, I go over one of my favorite online tools (and a freebie at that). It not only shows you which sites your traffic is coming from and which terms people used in the search engines to find your site, but it also provides you with suggestions for creating new content to bring even more people your way.
Basically it suggests terms that people searched for that actually led them to your site. But typically these suggestions are terms your site isn’t ranking that highly for…yet. The idea is to create additional content based on those terms (e.g., a new blog post or article using each term and with solid content for your readers).
If you "bumbled" your way to the 30th or 40th position in Google for some search term without even trying, it stands to reason that you’ll enjoy an even better ranking (and hopefully more traffic) if you have content specifically for that keyword phrase.
Plus this tool does a good job of showing you the "long tail" for your specific site. It’s pretty cool to see how much traffic comes from so many wide and varied terms.
Anyway, enough chatter. Check out the video and let me know what you think.
Well, here’s another cool video I found.
Kind of appeals to the space guy in me since I always thought that would be the coolest job in the world, so to speak.
Geez I feel tiny…
What an awesome, motivational video! I saw this at a weekend training event I went to awhile back and finally found it online.
It’s good to look at something like this on those days when life knocks you upside the head.
Enjoy!
